If you have a project that falls within the Current Phase Categories and could benefit from additional funding, the process is simple (but still involves some thought)!
[ ] Prepare your project - Submission Guidelines
For the best results, ensure you’ve put your best efforts into your application before applying for a grant! Things like roadmaps/KPIs/milestones, an active presence in the community, a website, and/or a clear vision for how your project will enhance the Arbitrum ecosystem can all support your application.
[ ] Fill out the Grant Application Form
This form is applicable to all Foundation Grants, and will ask a series of questions to help the Foundation Grant Committee better understand your project, your team, and your needs. This application is designed to be robust, so ensure you take your time in completing it.
[ ] Get your KYC in order.
During the application process, you will be asked to acknowledge that (if successful in your application) you will provide a series of KYC documents to comply with regulatory requirements. If this information is not readily available, we recommend beginning to sort this out early to prevent any delays following approval.
[ ] Continue building your project.
While applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, this can take time, given the high volume of applications received. Keep building your project while your application is processing to support your request once it does reach the review stage.
[ ] Respond to follow-up inquiries (when applicable)
During the review, the Foundation Grant Committee will often require additional information before deciding, especially with higher-value grants where they may elect to request an interview during their review. Following your application, be sure to monitor the email account provided in the application for correspondence from Lemma Solutions or members of the Foundation Grant Committee. Failure to respond to requests within a reasonable window (outlined within each correspondence) can result in your application being delayed or deemed to be withdrawn.
After this, your application is in progress. Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive an email about the result and next steps.
